The cheesy salmon box is super delicious.

Fresh salad is well suited to the cheese salmon box. Mélanie rezé

The salmon box is a familiar everyday food that may have been a bit left behind by other oven dishes. But it is no worse.

Food influencer and chef Mèlanie Rezè made her own version of the salmon box, inspired by the French classic Tartiflette.

-Tartiflette, a Tartiflette from the Alpine heart, combines creamy potatoes, fried onion, salty lardon, or bacon, a touch of white wine and melting Reblochon cheese, Rezé says.

According to Rezé, in this salmon box, the French atmosphere comes from caramelized onion, the sophisticated acidity of the white wine and the rich Gruyère frosting.

Gruyèren can also be replaced with another cheese. Rezé himself says he likes Gruyère’s nutty taste, but quite well, some other cheese is, like Emmental.

– It is definitely worth playing with the options. But of course, according to what is available in a convenience store, Rezé says.

The salmon box may be in the oven for a long time.

– Slowly good, so adjust the heat of the oven accordingly. At the end, I turn off the oven and let the food retreat there in peace, Rezè hints.
