The forties placed a camera in the showers last summer on the Scoutskamp in Limburg. The camp was stopped early after the discovery. The man from Nieuwpoort was arrested and later arrested. Now it appears that he also filmed his colleagues in the toilets in his position as a civil servant at the city of Nieuwpoort.
The man confessed the facts and has been in the prison of Bruges for five weeks. Although that is not the right place according to his lawyer. “I think a treatment process is more appropriate.
