FC Bayern disassembles Frankfurt – but is concerned about two stars
Updated on 02/23/2025 – 7:31 p.m.Reading time: 2 min.

After the victory Bayer Leverkusens in Kiel, Bayern’s lead in the Bundesliga could have melted five points. But the Munich team remained confident.
Michael Olise (45th +3), Hiroki ITō (61.), Jamal Musiala (83.) and Serge Gnabry (90. +2) scored. But there were two downside for Bayern. In the first half, Joshua Kimmich had to be replaced injured (read more about this here). And after his goal to 3-0, Jamal Musiala also limp off the field.
Even without the defender Dayot Upamecano injured on the hip, Bayern had little problems after a few stormy early minutes of Eintracht. The recycling of their numerous opportunities alone left a lot to be desired. Goal scorer Harry Kane, who laboratories on a bleeding on the calf, initially sat on the bench, Thomas Müller played for a good hour – very committed, but without Fortune.
Eintracht attacked Munich so early and determined in half that it immediately needed energetic instructions from coach Vincent Kompany – his arm movement signaled: Out there! This increasingly succeeded in his team, among other things, because in turn, she went to the back pressing much more committed and determined when it was the case last.
After a chance for Hugo Ekitiké (6th), the Frankfurters were more and more pushed back, there were numerous opportunities for Bavaria: the best prevented Rasmus Kristensen, the Musialas shot on the goal line (15th). The Munich team now combined well, were clearly superior, but again and again a part of a Frankfurt body stood in the way of the goal.
Eintracht rarely appeared in half of the Munich. The counterattacks usually ran over Ansgar Knauff, but they remained largely harmless. Shortly before the break, Kimmich, who went down without the action of an opponent and apparently had to be replaced because of a foot injury (42.), initially caused the greatest excitement at Bayern.
Kimmich, who had not missed a minute of the season until then this season, was replaced by Leon Goretzka. And the new man immediately initiated the lead goal: a pass on Musiala, a pass on Leroy Sané, a cross pass on Olise gate. The two wingers were the most striking offensive players of the Munich. Musiala also had some good actions as a playstation, ball distributor and executor: his goal was a remarkable will performance.
With increasing season, Bayern were able to concentrate on controlling the ball and opponents. They did this in very serious manner. Even after the goal of Ito, who scored after a corner kick. The Japanese was then replaced immediately. Sané (78.) only gave a huge chance free -standing, but then Musiala cleared out all doubts – and left the field slightly after his goal.
