Bergen op Zoom – A 32-year-old motorist from Bergen op Zoom was caught for the twentieth time on driving without a driver’s license in the night from Saturday to Sunday. The owner of the car, which sat next to him, had to hand in the car. In the past seven years, the police have taken the man nineteen times.
