The facts happened at the end of December 2023. The thirties got it on with a restaurant operator in Ostend. When they met again later that evening on the beach it got out of hand, but the man turned against the agents when the police intervened.
He was drunk and scolded them out. In his arrest, he kicked around him and he spewed full in the face of an agent when he brought him to his cell.
He is now convicted of that, but he remained absent from the session.
