At least the series of missions comes to an end due to injury: According to the Nerazzurri, the 36-year-old ex-Bundesliga professional has suffered a fracture of the thumb in the right hand. “Sky” in Italy estimates the downtime at around a month.
During this period, games such as the championship duel against leader SSC Naples and Lazio Rome and possibly Atalanta fall in the league. In addition, Inter competes in the Champions League round of 16 on 3rd or 4th and 11th or March 12th. The opponent, either Feyenoord or PSV Eindhoven, will be drawn on Friday.
