A motorist was arrested in Geertruidenberg on Wednesday night due to driving under the influence. The driver appeared to have drunk five times too much.
The police were informed that someone with a drink had crawled behind the wheel. The car was finally parked on a cycle path, the driver was sleeping behind the wheel.
The driver was taken to the office and had to hand in the driver’s license, the police say on Instagram. It is unclear whether the driver is a man or a woman.
