You simply can never get bored of a pancake.

The recipe for a pancake is simple, but it’s also good to remember a few tips.
First of all, the amount of flour should not be exaggerated. If the flour drips into the dough too much, the pan will not be wonderfully bubbly (it’s useless to argue about the taste, of course even a thick pancake has a friend).
Eggs, on the other hand, are not worth picking up, they give the pancake a delicious taste and texture.
I learned a little baking from my childhood friend’s mother to make a pancake super delicious.
Dice the butter (butter is butter and it tastes delicious in a pan) on a baking sheet and put it in a hot oven to melt. The game does not have greaseproof paper, but the pancake is baked directly on a hot baking sheet. Once the butter has melted, it is poured into the dough and the dough directly onto the baking sheet. This gives the bottom of the pancake a wonderful baking surface.
Pancake
5 eggs
1 liter of milk
5 ½ dl of wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cardamom
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
½ dl sugar
100 g of butter
1. Break the eggs in a bowl and beat their structure broken. Add milk.
2. Add flour and spices and stir. Let the dough swell for about 30 minutes.
3. Put the butter on a baking sheet and melt it in a hot oven. When the butter has melted, pour it into the dough. Do not place baking paper on the baking sheet, but pour the dough directly onto the greased baking sheet.
4. Bake the pancake at about 220 degrees in the center of the oven for about 20 to 30 minutes until the surface and bottom of the pancake are beautiful.
