AMSTERDAM – The consequences for Chelsea of the harsh sanctions of the British government for owner Roman Abramovich are major. The sales plans have been put on hold, while the London club can only continue on a pilot light. In order to prevent the wallet of the sanctioned owner from being filled, no purchases and sales are allowed on the transfer market for the time being, the merchandise has been stopped and even the individual ticket sales.
