Since a peak in the number of omikron infections is expected in the coming days and weeks, the Flemish employers’ organization (VOKA) is calling on companies to provide an emergency plan. “Every action in the company has to be scrutinized,” said Hans Maertens, Managing Director at VOKA. “So that only what is necessary is retained in the event of significant absence and the company does not come to a standstill.”
