According to sources, Baldoni and the producer Jamey Heath were separated from the film’s main stars, and they had no business attending the film’s exclusive after party either. According to the allegations, they had to organize their own event at additional cost.

Rumors got wind already in the summer, when Lively and Baldoni did not give joint interviews, and they did not pose for pictures together at the premiere.

Now the filmmakers are in the middle of a legal dispute.

Accuses the magazine of defamation

After the film’s release, sources told the media that the rest of the cast did not enjoy working with Baldon. Lively has accused Baldon of, among other things, sexual harassment.

Now Baldoni blames New York Times magazine for defamation and demands compensation of 250 million dollars, or a good 240 million euros.

The magazine published earlier the thingwhere Lively got into the voice. Baldoni claims that the story smeared him. According to Baldon, the magazine uncritically accepted Lively’s point of view.

The spokesperson for the New York Times justified that the story was also based on thousands of pages of documents and messages, which are quoted extensively in the story. The newspaper says that Baldoni and the other parties involved have not shown a single mistake in the case.
