The bridal fashion provider True Society has also had its own store in the center of Berlin for a few days now.
The “global collective of bridal fashion stores” opened its third German store in the Am Tacheles district at Aaron-Bernstein-Platz 2 and now offers clothing and accessories from international brands such as Essense of Australia, Stella York, All Who Wander, Martina Liana, Martina Liana Luxe and Oxford Street.
True Society has had additional branches in Hamburg and Stuttgart since 2023. Including the recent opening, the retailer now operates five stores in Europe and a total of twelve worldwide.
Martine Harris, CEO of True Society, explained why the company is driving its global expansion with brick-and-mortar stores. “As much as technology has changed the way we shop, the in-store shopping experience remains irreplaceable and unique for the bride,” she said in a statement. “You can’t replicate the magic of trying on wedding dresses and sharing that special moment with friends and family by saying ‘yes’ to the dress with the click of a mouse online.”
She also explained why True Society chose a location in the capital. “Berlin is a city known for its creativity, individuality and vibrant culture, and our store in Berlin-Mitte will reflect this energy,” she explained. “We designed the space to provide brides with an unforgettable experience.”
