Mike Tyson and his Tyrannic company has been sued for a 1.5 million euro breach of contract, Espn and the New York Post reported, among others.

The alleged breach of contract is related to the November incident Jake Paul to the match.

The lawsuit has been filed by the Cypriot company Medier in the London court. Medier is responsible for the marketing of the casino and betting company Rabona.

According to the suit, Tyson terminated the contract in March, the same day the Paul match was announced, and caused Medier a loss of approximately one and a half million euros.

– The real reason for the hasty and illegal dismissal of Mr. Tyson and Tyrannic was Mr. Tyson’s Netflix-sponsored contract for a match against influencer Jake Paul, Medier’s lawyer states in a documentary published on Friday, according to Espn.

According to a statement provided to the NY Post by Tyson’s camp, Medier violated the terms of the contract “on several occasions and in various ways.”

Paul and Tyson faced off on November 15 in Arlington, Texas. Netflix showed the match live around the world.

Paul won the match by the clearest judges’ vote: 79–73, 79–73, 80–72.
