Loïs Himpe (39) — the youngest sister of Jill Himpe (36) who was murdered in 2019 — is furious after the verdict in the assize trial. Her sister’s throat was gruesomely slit by her ex-partner Ridoan Oudaha (43), but because it took too long before the trial could take place, he only received 29 instead of 30 years in prison.
