The qualification process starts on April 3 and lasts until December 3, 2024. 51 countries are participating in the qualifications. The countries are divided into three different divisions (A, B and C) based on the results from the Nations League. Each division is again divided into four or five pots. Andries Jonker’s Dutch team is in pot 1 of division A.
The best two countries in the group qualify directly for the European Championship, in which sixteen countries participate, including host country Switzerland.
