Russian troops have made significant progress around Avdiivka and Donetsk, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. Seven Ukrainian counterattacks were also reportedly repulsed. Ukraine, for its part, reports a massive rocket attack last night on the town of Kostjantynivka, not far from Avdiivka in Donetsk. The station, among other things, was destroyed.
