Liverpool knocked down West Ham in Saturday’s final Premier League match Sadio Manén with a goal of 1–0.

The Reds’ winning goal was scored in less than half an hour when Trent Alexander-Arnoldin a hard vertical feed hit a Senegalese man who ran off the border. Mané escaped Craig Dawson forward and put the ball in the Polish guard Lukasz Fabianskin past.

Alexander-Arnold, who often relies on his speed, had a rotten day on the drenched grass. As if by a miracle, the hit was the only match in the match, although both teams still had plenty of finish points.

Hammers, for example, had as many as ten shots Alissonin per goal during the opening period only. The reading is the highest Jürgen Kloppin managerial period.

The three-point home win also had a knock-on effect on Sunday’s Manchester derby. The local city league leader is now just three points away from playing as many matches with second-place Liverpool.

If United had won by Etihad, City’s advantage would have already been mathematically already eaten. In addition, Pool supporters, of course, reckon that the championship match that awaits in April would turn to the Reds.

City manager Pep Guardiola has reiterated throughout the long winter that the Premier League championship has not yet been resolved. At the latest, everyone else believes in it.

On top of all that, United also misses the full points pot on Sunday as it still hunts for four-way qualifying for the Champions League.
