What are you going to do?
As an editor of the central editorial office of indebuurt.nl, you support the local editorial teams in creating articles (office editorial team). Whether it is an article about free parking or an agenda item about a wine festival in several cities: you approach this carefully and creatively. In this way, together with the rest of the central editorial staff, you contribute to the broader objectives of indebuurt. In a nutshell you go:
- write articles that are local and relevant to multiple cities;
- (SEO) optimize existing articles;
- help fill the agenda section of indebuurt;
indebuurt is a local website where you can read about the latest hotspots, the most important local news, well-known and unknown fellow citizens and fun tips. indebuurt is an initiative of DPG Media and started in February 2016. We are now active in 34 cities.
At the central editorial office of indebuurt we help local indebuurt editors with desk editing, so that local editors can focus on stories from their city.
What makes you the ideal candidate?
- Preferably a journalistic education and work experience in this field.
- You have experience with WordPress or a similar CMS system.
- Knowledge of SEO is a plus.
- Social media holds no secrets for you!
- You are enthusiastic, stress-resistant and results-oriented.
