Helldivers 2, where to find the Hunters and how to defeat them

Every day Helldivers 2 will offer you a daily objective in which you will have to kill a specific type of enemy. Whether it’s Terminids or Automaton, you’ll need to locate a planet where they spawn and start eliminating them.

With multiple planets unlocked at any time in Helldivers 2 – and with planets constantly changing as they’re liberated – you might need some help finding the right one.

To save you time searching, we’ve noted the locations where you can find Hunters in Helldivers 2 for this daily objective.

Where to find Hunters —

Hunters can spawn on different planets, but we found many of them during missions on Crimsica, in the Draco sector. When an enemy is selected for the daily objective, he will have an inflated spawn rate compared to normal, so it shouldn’t take him long to track down enough Hunters to complete the mission objectives.

How to defeat Hunters in Helldivers 2 —

Hunters are a pretty weak enemy in Helldivers 2, so you shouldn’t need anything more specialized than a solid pistol to take them down. The only thing you need to watch out for is their jumping attack, which allows them to get in your face unexpectedly. If you spot a Hunter in the distance, eliminate him before he has a chance to attack.
