Jaromir Jagr’s game number 68 was retired in Pittsburgh on Monday night.
The 52-year-old hockey legend gave a speech during the celebration ceremony, in which he thanked the Penguins organization and his loved ones.
Jagr’s girlfriend, 28 years old Dominika Branisovareceived rather rude greetings from his partner.
– I want to thank my girlfriend. He’s too young to remember when I played in Pittsburgh, though.
Jagr represented the Penguins from 1990 to 2001. Branisova wasn’t even born yet when her NHL career began.
Branisova works as a model and in the fitness and wellness industry. In addition, she manages her husband’s JJ68 brand.
Jagr was also honored in the Penguins match with a handsome wig. When the players of the home team skated on the ice in the warm-ups, they wore the back hair made famous by the Czech.
Jagr also curled up on the ice himself during warm-ups.
The party ended with the Penguins losing 1-2 against the Los Angeles Kings.
