Shownieuws has four permanent presenters: Airen Mylene, Dyantha Brooks, Manuel Venderbos and Tooske Ragas. And only one of them is on Patty Brard’s favorites list, namely Dyantha. It is no secret that she is not a big fan of Airen since their public mega argument, but Manuel and Tooske are now also getting an ugly cat from Patty.
Patty sneered
Patty has been appearing intermittently in the show section since 2007. When asked whether much has changed since then, she answers: “The occupation, especially. I have done it in all forms and combinations: with Bridget, Beau, Kim-Lian, Albert Verlinde. The best time was with Viktor Brand.”
She continues: “Very childish: it is very important to me who I work with. I love Viktor. He does his job well, has humor and is sweet. My favorite table now is the one with Dyantha Brooks, Bart Ettekoven, Ronald Molendijk, Natacha Harlequin and of course Evert Santegoeds.”
Showbiz gossip
It is unclear why Patty feels it necessary to insult her other colleagues, but her message is: “Honestly: if they weren’t there, I wouldn’t be there anymore. Because if I only get on the channel at eleven o’clock at night and come home after midnight, I want to have had a good time. At my age I don’t want to dread it.”
Finally: what does Patty think of the content of Shownieuws? “Showbiz gossip won’t bother me at all. So much hot air. I don’t understand how anyone takes it seriously anymore.”
