The Reject takes the viewer into the world of a Flemish girl with afro hair and shows how she views herself and deals with rejection. The film premiered on Saturday afternoon at the Grote Post in Ostend, among the other nominations. Kelemba was not alone during the production of the short film. Documentary maker Camille Ghekiere, who attended her own premiere in Ostend two years ago, accompanied Kelemba.
