After around 20 years, Albert Hammond is ready to release a new studio album. “Body of Work” will be released on March 1st with a total of 17 songs. His third single “Shake A Bone” including a music video is available in advance. The clip can be seen exclusively here a few hours before the official release.
A colorful mix of Americana, country, rock and pop
Albert Hammond, who has worked with greats such as Whitney Houston, Tina Turner, Julio Iglesias and Johnny Cash throughout his career, goes on a genre excursion with “Shake A Bone”. Americana, alt-country, rock and pop can be seen in it, woven together in a charming Hammond way.
The video for the single will be released on all major platforms on January 19th at 4 p.m.

Hammond’s love of mixing genres, settings and perspectives can also be seen in the rest of Body of Work. On the record, the musician reflects on the last 50 years of his career and tells a musical story about the world that has surrounded him throughout his life.
