Transfer flirtation before a move within the Premier League

In the past few months, Trevoh Chalobah has been repeatedly traded to FC Bayern. The Chelsea FC central defender is now facing a move within the Premier League.

As “Sky” reports, Fulham FC has put out feelers to Chalobah. The Cottagers are aiming for a loan deal until the end of the season, including a purchase option.

According to “Bild”, however, a change is not yet fixed. However, the tabloid confirmed Fulham’s interest.

FC Bayern was already interested in Chalobah last summer. However, those responsible at Munich probably let the deal fall through on the home stretch because the salary expectations were said to have been too far apart. The different end of the summer transfer window in Germany and England is also said to have played a role.

In the winter the rumors resurfaced and FC Bayern are said to have even contacted the Englishman. According to “Teamtalk”, the 24-year-old was interested in a move to the Bundesliga and Munich.

Bayern flirt Chalobah also traded at BVB

The German record champions would have worked with Thomas Tuchel again. The 50-year-old helped Chalobah make his Premier League debut in a Blues jersey during his time at Chelsea.

Florian Plettenberg even reported that a “last-minute loan” for the former England youth international was possible.

According to information from “Teamtalk”, Chelsea would rather sell him than loan him out. There is a transfer fee of around 29 million euros in the room.

But since Eric Dier’s transfer, the rumors surrounding Chalobah have cooled down. Nordi Mukiele should also move to FC Bayern.

Chalobah, who was unable to play a single competitive minute of the current season due to his injury, was also traded to Borussia Dortmund. However, BVB signed his former teammate Ian Maatsen.
