Desi Bouterse will not report to the prison in Suriname on Friday. His wife has just announced this, reports the Surinamese site Starnieuws. Bouterse had to report to the Santo Boma prison at 1 p.m. Dutch time for a 20-year prison sentence for the December murders in 1982.
