In America, Australia and New Zealand the news suddenly mentions “Piet from the Netherlands”. 28-year-old nature photographer Piet van den Bemd has captured a special natural phenomenon in Antarctica with his drone. The images show two humpback whales hunting with so-called ‘bubble nets’. Our science expert Martijn Peters explains what exactly that is in the video above.
