Eintracht Frankfurt has hit the transfer market again and secured the services of left-back talent Nathaniel Brown. The U21 national player will not play in Hesse until the summer.
Eintracht Frankfurt have signed Nathaniel Brown to a long-term contract. As the Bundesliga club announced on Wednesday, the 20-year-old is moving from 1. FC Nürnberg to the Main. Until the summer, the left-back will continue to lace up his boots for Glubb, to whom the Hessians are loaning him out for six months.
“Nathaniel Brown is a very talented player who, despite his young age, makes an extremely mature impression on and off the pitch,” enthused sports director Timmo Hardung. “With his dynamism, he fits our requirements profile perfectly and we are very pleased that he will be joining us from the coming season.”
Placed at FCN and in the U21
Brown, who was born in Amberg, took his first footballing steps in Jahn Regensburg’s youth team, but moved to Nuremberg at the age of 13. He played a total of 24 second division games for FCN, in which he scored one goal and prepared two more. So far he has made four appearances and one assist for the German U21 national team.
