At least 26 people were injured in a Russian airstrike on Kharkiv on Saturday evening, according to the mayor of the Ukrainian city. Among them are said to be two minors. The mayor initially reported that a British journalist had also been injured in the attack, but Kiev later announced that it was the security advisor of a German media team.
