He is a silent character. He is always there. He walks nearby and sometimes carries things. In recent weeks, he has raised questions about his presence in key places, alongside the two most important people in the new Government: President Javier Milei and his sister Karina, the general secretary of the Presidency.
Has He has a thick beard, speaks Hebrew and is always wearing a black cap, a suit and looks like a private guard trained in the Mossad. He approached Milei based on the President’s connection with the Chabad Lubavitch Orthodox Judaic branch and stayed there.
The President’s YouTuber friends know him as “Baron B.”because at every party they went to during the campaign he gave everyone champagne. At the Libertador Hotel they know him as Mario or Marito. And in The synagogue on Agüero Street is called Meir, his name in Hebrew. His full name is Mario Elías Suli, is 30 years old and grew up on Brandsen Street, in the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Barracas.
His full name, until now, was known by very few people. He is only limited to assisting the President and Karina. On Friday the 22nd, on Christmas Eve, Milei stopped by to greet the accredited journalists from Casa Rosada and Marito was there. Stand with the leader.

First he sat next to her on one of the balconies of the Chamber of Deputies, then he walked through the gallery and also stood behind almost without looking out., but under a lamp that added an aura of mystery to the scene. He is always dressed the same: suit, shirt and sometimes a tie, but he is always wearing a cap, replacing the kippah.
Those who have known him before he was part of the Milei team remember him as someone from the working middle class, the son of professionals, but without a steady job. “He was almost unemployed, so when he approached Milei he was able to collaborate quickly, because I had a lot of time available,” they remember. The former Secretary of Commerce, Guillermo Moreno, in various radio interviews, tried to raise doubts about Suli’s presence in Milei’s environment. “Who is the little black hat?”, he asked himself in the middle of a debate on Crónica TV, arguing that not just anyone could be close to the President. The explanation lies in the fact that Suli has not yet been officially named.
The man has almost no social networks, just an old Twitter account where he wrote about Boca Juniors, the club of which he is a fan, and where he shared a photo with Guillermo Sara, the former substitute goalkeeper of that team at the time when Guillermo Barros Schelotto was the coach.
In previous administrations, the presidential secretaries ended up being famous for different judicial cases. Some for enrichment and others for espionage. Hopefully Mario Suli breaks the curse.
