A 14-year-old Dutch winter sports enthusiast died in a skiing accident on Boxing Day in the Austrian ski area Hochoetz. The circumstances are currently being investigated by the Alpine Police. The fatal accident shows how perilous the mountains are. “Almost no one takes a few ski lessons first every season. They think it’s a waste of time or money.”
