Is it still worth going to a physical clothing store if the same training pants, party dress and jacket can be found (much) cheaper online, sometimes even on the store’s own website? We found price differences from 20 euros to 60 euros for a dress, jacket or sweaters. How is that possible? Marketing professor Els Breugelmans explains.
