Our fellow countryman Jozef ‘Jeff’ Bynens (76) died on holiday in Mexico on Thursday morning. During his daily swim there, he was suddenly attacked by an animal – a shark or a crocodile, no one knows for sure for now. His wife was also present, but she was unharmed. “Tomorrow we will scatter him, close to the beach where he died.”
