De Kempenaar draagt Vlaams Belang real al jaren in zijn hard. “I have my old daughter in the ideal part of the party, my first cook is my first lid card,” says Hij. “It’s a year that I’m a militant and I can help you. Since January 2022, Van Opstal is also in the region of the French concern in the Kempen. Hij is also voorzitter van the local afdeling van de partij in Olen.
Van Opstal has now committed himself to the parliament. The ex-deelnemer of the very first seizoen of Big Brother zal 2024 became the first important year. “We have the right to be insulted in the right way, so it was long enough for us to lift, so we don’t have to say anything,” says Hij. “Maar dat kan enkel met a ijzersterk Vlaams Belang.”
The 48-year-old Olenaar took the eighth place in Antwerp before the Vlaams Parliament toebedeeld, with the pelingen in the back yard a gravel-proof plek (vandaag heeft Vlaams Belang zes verkozenen uit de Antwerpen province). Vlaams Belang-voorzitter Tom Van Grieken reacts enthusiastically to his commitment. “Bart heeft jarenlang de toenemende onveiligheid in Vlaanderen aan den lijve ondervonden,” sounds het. “Hij weet waarover hij praat en is geëngageerd om real het schil te maken. This is a very good candidate.”
