In just two years, “Agilidad a la Gorra” has achieved more than providing knowledge; has sown the seed of transformation in the lives of those who participate in its courses. Her Gorino, the mastermind behind this initiative, shares her vision of the social impact that her courses have had on society.
“We have witnessed how our courses have positively influenced the lives of our students and the environment in which they operate. They have all been able to use the skills acquired to transform their present and design their future.” Her tells us.
The results are tangible, with students who have changed their professional careers, aligning them more with their life purposes. Others, inspired by what they have learned, have started their own ventures, generating local employment and contributing to the economic development of their communities.
Her shared a moving story that reflects the social impact of her courses: “I remember a student who, after taking our courses, was encouraged to launch her own social project aimed at helping children in vulnerable situations. See how her project grew and had a positive impact on the community, making a real difference in the lives of those children, it was really exciting.”
Inclusion and diversity are fundamental values for “Agilidad a la Gorra”. Her explains: “We always strive to create an inclusive and diverse environment in our courses. We seek to attract participants from different countries, ages, studies and ideologies, and give them the opportunity to access quality courses, which perhaps They couldn’t do it any other way.”
This approach opens doors to people who would otherwise not be able to access quality training due to economic constraints, thus contributing to the democratization of knowledge.
Looking to the future, Her reveals her plans to further amplify the impact of her courses: “We are working on partnerships with nonprofit organizations and government entities to expand reach to underserved communities. Additionally, we are developing specific programs for youth and minority groups to promote the creative and entrepreneurial spirit in these sectors.
With an optimistic look towards 2024 and 2025, Her concludes: “We are sincerely very motivated and grateful for everything we have planned for the future. We are committed to continuing to transform lives and generating a positive social impact through accessible education and quality”.
