Hamas handed over a second group of hostages to the Red Cross on Saturday evening. This concerns 13 Israelis and 4 foreigners. The operation should have been completed earlier on Saturday, but was delayed because, according to Hamas, Israel did not adhere to the agreements. After mediation by Qatar and Egypt, Hamas was still willing to cooperate. On the night from Saturday to Sunday, 39 Palestinians were released by Israel in exchange.
