“It’s already the fourth time I’ve experienced this. It makes you despondent, but nature cannot be stopped.” For the second time in a week, the streets were flooded in the West Flemish border village of Watou. In some houses the water was about 30 centimeters high. And water misery is expected again from tomorrow. We visited Ingrid (64), the resident of the house at the lowest point of the village.
