System for Business Growth

Especially small and medium-sized companies consult on different topics. Some feel disorder, lack of communication and the need to be more efficient. They express a desire to acquire a more professional format. In other cases there is demotivation or friction in the teams. Others want to improve the leadership of their middle managers. They spend a lot of energy and there are disagreements from external customers.

Faced with this difficulty for companies, I am applying a system for organizational growth, process improvement, communication, leadership and generates a complete change in the organizational system. I have been working in management and leadership, in teams, in personal and organizational development for more than 20 years through our Leadership and Consulting School. In recent years I have been applying a system of working with companies that is as easy to implement as it is high impact throughout the organization and quickly generates growth. Surprisingly, the other day I reread Peter Senge (director of the Center for Organizational Learning at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and Rafael Echeverría, author of the book that I recommend to you, “The Emerging Company” and both describe methodology for organizational change, which is precisely what that I am applying. Startup is a timely term. The opposite of emergent is to submerge, to sink. Emergent means something that is born, arises, appears, sprouts, grows, is in development or evolution. This organizational growth design is a very effective methodology that generates a change of focus in the organization. Synergy comes from a network of networks, where motivation and energy come from the same network, that is, from themselves. Today’s company tends to be more effective and dynamic by constituting itself as a horizontal articulation of networks, with great mobility among its members and the pillars where this network is based is the work in Process Management in parallel with the tools for Change Organizational and leadership training of leaders. Both pillars complement each other in a network action coordination design, forming a powerful management system for organizational growth.
