There were probably more people employed in the Balderhaar labor camp in Kloosterhaar during the Second World War than thought. This is evident from research by two podcast makers into the Jewish Ilse Wagner, the ‘erased’ friend of Anne Frank. Amateur historian Freddie Ekkel from Kloosterhaar is still flapping his ears. “The entire investigation into the camp has been turned upside down.”
