A gas leak occurred on Eekhoornstraat in Eelde on Sunday morning. This happened when a resident was carrying out excavation work.
The area has been cordoned off with tape and residents have been evacuated. Firefighters are working on the leak and taking measurements. Enexis will close the leak.
