Roland Kaiser (71), who has been successful in the hit genre for decades, can imagine a trip into swing.

“I’m a big fan of the so-called Rat Pack around Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. I could certainly imagine making my own album for it. My record company has already given me their OK. given,” Kaiser told the German Press Agency.

Nevertheless, the singer and songwriter hesitates. He’s not sure how his audience sees it. “Is this what people want to hear? Or am I doing this for myself? “I’ll take a look,” said Kaiser. There was no final no from him.

Kaiser (“To love you”), who lives with his family in Münster in North Rhine-Westphalia, has recorded five extra pieces with a lot of swing and brass sound for a new edition of the album (2021) “Goldene Weihnachtszeit”. The new edition will be released on November 10th. In addition to Michelle Hunziker (46), Kaiser went into the studio with trumpeter Till Brönner (52), among others.
