In Lemgo “a bit of pressure on the boiler”

TBV Lemgo Lippe had recently failed to win six times in a row. Coach Florian Kehrmann’s team beat TVB Stuttgart 31:25 (13:12) and overtook the Swabians in the table. “We know that there was a bit of pressure on the kettle today,” said former world-class handball player Kehrmann after the win at Dyn: “We have a young team that worked well last week. That was the result today. We have deservedly won with a great audience behind us.”

In East Westphalia, Lemgo pulled away from Stuttgart with a 4-0 run in the middle of the second half. Finn Zecher was convincing in the Lemgo goal, while national player Tim Suton, the most successful thrower for Lemgo with seven goals, was particularly accurate. DHB returnee Silvio Heinevetter in the Stuttgart goal, however, remained pale.
