On September 29th, the “U2:UV Warning Baby Live At Sphere” series kicked off at the Las Vegas Sphere. They were originally supposed to play there until December 16th – now an extension of their stay has been announced.
The U2 Sphere experience is a very special one for the many fans: thanks to the concert hall’s dome equipped with screens and a programmed LED exterior surface consisting of more than 260 million video pixels, the songs are complemented by a suitable visual show.
According to the “New York Post“, twelve shows will be added to the spherical location – on dates when other bands should have played there. In August he had Sphere boss James Dolan announced, that the Eagles were about to set dates. For U2, the expansion of their concert series is not just a good deal from a show perspective. The band is said to have been promised four million dollars per concert.
