Rent prices in Drenthe in the private sector are going through the roof

Tenants in Drenthe who rent privately have started paying significantly more for a home this year. Rents for new tenants in the private sector increased by 15.7 percent. Nowhere else in the Netherlands did the price rise so quickly.
