According to reports, Kay Bernstein (43) had to go to a Berlin hospital on Monday. Reason: a serious spinal injury.
The reason: apparently a friendly chest check that athletes give each other while cheering with a Hertha employee.
Bernstein and Marcus Becker (Director of Legal and Human Resources) are said to have given each other a chest check in the hallways of the office.

Bernstein is said to have suffered a serious injury, with three vertebrae broken. He then had to go to the Martin Luther Hospital. A supportive and protective corset should be fitted to him.
