Sevening at 9.30pm on Rai 1 and Rai Play broadcasts the third episode of Imma Tataranni 3. The new episode, entitled Thieves of the future, follows the double narrative track as always. On the one hand, there are investigations following a murder. On the other, the personal squabbles of the protagonist of the series – directed by Francesco Amato and Kiko Rosati –, which now he must understand who he can trust and who he cannot. Not only at work, but above all in private life.

The deputy prosecutor has to investigate a new case. It is about themurder of young Fatima Sakram, daughter of Bangladeshi immigrants, which occurred in the La Martella hamlet. In a short time, the news spreads around the city and the local press navigates more or less realistic suppositions. Suspicion falls on his father and brotherwho would have killed her to defend the family’s honor.
According to these theories, the eighteen-year-old allegedly refused to get married to a man chosen by the family. Opposing an arranged marriage is a source of dishonor and hence the thirst for revenge, putting an end to his life. Is this really the truth? No, it’s just a prejudice, one of many that Imma Tataranni try to unhinge, episode after episode. It will be discovered, in fact, that the person responsible for the assassination has nothing to do with his father and brother.
In the story of Fatima, then, Imma sees some similarities with her relationship with Valentina (Alice Azzariti). The daughter recently moved to Naples to attend university. Since his arrival in the Campania capital, contacts with his parents have become less frequent. Initially, Imma and Pietro thought she was busy, but now something more turns up.

What is Valentina hiding?
He is anxious about his oriental literature exam. A difficult obstacle, which doesn’t make you feel good, but is this the only reason for the separation? Meanwhile, the deputy prosecutor has to deal with his fearsome mother-in-law, Filomena De Ruggeri (Dora Romano). One evening, he calls Valentina and she discovers that her grandmother has gone to visit her in Naples. She doesn’t say anything, but she feels left out.

And the worst thing is that perhaps Pietro (Massimiliano Gallo) knew about this trip. However, not all evil has a silver lining, because grandma’s visit bears fruit. In addition to checking how her niece’s new Neapolitan life is progressing, she discovers that she is hiding something important from her parents.
The girl is not the only keeper of secrets. At the prosecutor’s office, Diana (Barbara Ronchi) is increasingly dissatisfied with both her work and her life. She has not yet revealed to Imma that she signed up to a dating app, thanks to which she met some men. And speaking of men, Imma has to deal with Pietro and Calogiuri.

The husband doesn’t say a word about his relationship with Sara (Sara Drago). She noticed that he spends a lot of time at the gym and scrutinizes him, but she can’t imagine that another woman has entered his life. Then there is Ippazio Calogiuri (Alessio Lapice). The marshal has returned to duty and is dealing with amnesia, difficulties and, above all, a thirst for revenge.
Although Imma specifically asked him not to interfere with the investigation, he continues to do his research. He wants to find out who killed Romaniello (Cesare Bocci)but above all how did he know that they would make a detour from the usual route, to go and visit their daughter. Imma discovers that the marshal did not follow orders and makes an unexpected revelation to him.

Imma Tataranni 3the relationship with his mother-in-law Filomena
Among the characters in the world of Imma Tataranni, the deputy prosecutor’s mother-in-law stands out: Filomena De Ruggeri. There is no good blood between her and her daughter-in-law, in fact, they are always at odds. They tease each other in a way that is anything but veiled. One doesn’t appreciate the woman her son has chosen to marry. The other would do anything not to hang out with her and thus avoid weekly dinners together.
Filomena never has a good word for Imma. He criticizes her, considering her an unsuitable mother and a mediocre professional. He looks down on her and would have hoped for something better for his son. For his part, Tataranni responds in kind with ironic and sometimes cutting jokes. In short, they don’t tell you.
And in the middle there is Pietro, the weak man between two strong women, at times frightened by their personalities. Well, in Imma Tataranni 3 his character is experiencing an evolution. After confronting Calogiuri in the hospital, he began a special friendship with Sara. Ultimately, he has created her space for himself and who knows what will happen in the next episode, the last, the one in which Imma will have to choose which side to be on.
