“This requires some organizational flexibility on our part, but we believe that the group dynamics will make the difference here. The results are impressive: it is a highly motivated group that works completely autonomously. Moreover, this is just the beginning: some of the Ukrainian colleagues have organizational and managerial capabilities. We are now allowing them to grow in their current role, but we will certainly offer them opportunities when they arise,” says Kurt De Cock of Mowi Belgium.
Adecco’s intention is to roll out the project in other companies.
