News from “Poker-Momo” and the Abou-Chaker clan…
Yasser Abou-Chaker (42) has been on trial since 2020. With the brothers Arafat (47), Nasser (52), Rommel (45). Arafat was once manager of Bushido (44). The rapper became a superstar and both became rich. Then Bushido wanted to get rid of the clan boss. Arafat is said to have demanded a lot of money and backed it up with criminal offenses.
Of the clan brothers, Yasser is the smallest light (verdict November 22). This is where the next clan brother comes into play: Mohammed Abou-Chaker (44), head of the Berlin “Poker Robbers”.
They stole 242,000 euros at Potsdamer Platz on March 6, 2010 (the majority is still missing today). Verdict: Seven years and three months in prison.
But Poker Momo has long been out again and is said to have recently helped his clan brother Yasser with medical certificates!
Yasser should pay a fine of 7,700 euros (70 daily rates of 110 euros each) for violating the compulsory insurance law. Did not attend trial: objection rejected. As if by magic, a certificate appeared stating that he was unfit to stand trial. In order to overturn the penalty order, because the fine also includes a two-month driving ban.
But the judges smelled a fuse. The doctor had to testify as a witness. The suspicion was confirmed: things were probably not going well with the certificate. It is said that the doctor has often “worked” for the clan and his signature is also said to have been forged.
Now there are new procedures. For the doctor: issuing incorrect health certificates. For poker momo: incitement to do so.
For clan brother Yasser: Forgery of documents, use of incorrect health certificates, “because he is said to have presented a forged and an incorrect medical certificate in main proceedings before the Berlin courts,” said Sebastian Büchner, spokesman for the Berlin public prosecutor’s office, when asked by BZ
