A fire raged along the Oosterlangen (N376) near Erm late last night. It appears to be a work of art for the European Cycling Championships that has caught fire.
The Sleen fire brigade team was called around 11:30 PM and extinguished the sea of flames. Road users on the N376 had to take smoke development into account.
Arson is probably the cause.
