The president emeritus Giorgio Napolitano he died today in Rome, at the age of 98, having turned 98 on June 29th; his health conditions had worsened in recent days. Among the first reactions to the news of the death of the former President of the Republic, a note from Palazzo Chigi in which the president Giorgia Meloni expresses condolences.
