Former Speaker of the House Herman De Croo – just like Siegfried Bracke – is going to court against PVDA. This is what his lawyer told VTM NIEUWS. The opposition party launched an online petition to put pressure on De Croo and Bracke to repay their “thousands of euros in extra pensions”. The ex-chairmen are now demanding that that petition be taken offline. De Croo is asking for symbolic compensation. Bracke is demanding compensation for slander and defamation.
